The First Aid & CPR / AED training course integrates approximately 4-5 hours of in-classroom instruction. Certificates issued upon completion remain valid for a period of three years. Designed as an interactive learning experience, this Emergency Level First Aid and CPR course provides practical training in fundamental First Aid & CPR techniques suitable for both workplace and home environments.

This training teaches you important skills to handle tough situations without violence. Arguments and fights can happen anywhere. If you handle them wrong, they might get worse and turn into physical fights. You'll learn how to deal with aggressive or disruptive behaviour using words, body language, and advanced techniques.

In this training, you'll understand the safe and correct way to use pepper spray, along with proper techniques and the legal aspects. It's crucial for various professionals like security guards, bylaw officers, bodyguards, private investigators, and law enforcement personnel. When situations escalate, officers may need to use less lethal force, and Pepper Spray is often chosen to control aggressive individuals.

USE OF FORCE training offers effective techniques that combine usage of handcuffs and baton to improve safety. This 8-hour training program provides the candidate with proper Take-Down Techniques, Subject Control Tactics, Ground Defence Techniques, handcuffing, as well as the expandable baton component.
