• Refunds: Due to the nature of our training services, refunds will not be issued after payment is made.
• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training course, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will not be issued, but we may be able to offer credit towards future training courses, subject to availability and our discretion.
• Exceptions: In rare cases where there is a demonstrable error on our part or if a training course is canceled by company, we may offer a refund or credit as appropriate.
